  1. Use 1 kg of raw mango.
  2. Get 350 gm of achar masala mix.

  6. Take 1 tbsp of asafoetida.

  2. Heat the oil in a pan on low medium flame upto boiling point. Switch off the gas. Add asafoetida Let it cool down the oil..
  3. Now add achar mix masala. Mix the oil with masala well..
  4. Now add raw mango pieces to the masala and mix well..
  5. Now put it in glass jar and bottle. Mango pickle is ready..

Without peeling, cut them into long thin slices; discard the pit. Heat half of the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Mango pickle has varieties and diversity in their preparation.
